Launching a new, climate-friendly menu for The Hoxton Poblenou Hotel 

We worked with Ennismore and The Hoxton Poblenou Hotel to reduce the carbon footprint of its dishes by 42% through small menu tweaks made using Klimato’s platform. The Hoxton chose not to list climate labels publicly. Instead, it uses Klimato to meet internal targets.

Delivering accurate environmental impact information for dishes served at COP28

In light of COP28 in Dubai, we worked with Accor to deliver accurate climate labeling for all dishes served at the conference and beyond. This meant ramping up quickly to deploy our solution in 48 regional hotels.
