Slashing the ASIA Aker Brygge’s carbon footprint 

Using Klimato's calculator feature, ASIA Aker Brygge, a leading sustainable restaurant in Oslo, measured the carbon footprint of its dishes and made tangible adjustments to its menu. The result was a 42% decrease in CO2e emissions per meal. Helping LETT implement industry-leading restaurant sustainability practices

LETT, a Danish ready-meal chain committed to sustainability, partnered with Klimato to measure and reduce the carbon footprint of its dishes. Using Klimato's calculator feature, LETT successfully reduced the carbon footprint of its wraps and salads to less than 0.5kg CO2e, a significant achievement in the industry.
